Applications close July 31, 2023
Application Link: https://airtable.com/shrI65JQBXuDjeEVS
We are a 501(c)3 organization that works with underrepresented founders to build a community and platform that advances equity and access in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. We are currently working alongside Meta and The University of Maryland CEEJH Laboratory to recognize and amplify the work of early-stage Black, Latinx, and Indigenous founders in the environmental justice and sustainability space.
We’ve raised over $100,000 for this initiative and within the program, founders will have the unique opportunity to join a community of founders across the country focused on green/sustainability and climate solutions, connect with professional volunteers to tackle business challenges, and boost impact through funding that is distributed equally to each business.
What we’re looking for:
Black, LatinX, Indigenous eco-friendly founders based in the Southeast region(Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana)
Founders developing solutions in energy infrastructure, community solar, wind, geothermal, DEI, brownfield revitalization, weatherization, grid-related innovation, etc.
Founders who are developing new health and wellness solutions that incorporate sustainable practices (e.g., new farming and food production techniques)
Please share this message with your network and encourage any founder that meets the criteria to apply!
